To often we hear the term "value" in our industry; however, those who use it seldom define what it is, how it is derived and the process to deliver it.
EMS believes that value can only be defined through the eyes of the end user, as it needs to have a material impact on their life. With this in mind, EMS set out to develop a structure and process that ensures alignment between customer and EMS objectives.
To best capture this, Enhanced Mining Solutions developed the Value Creation Process (VCP) to provide transparency and guidance to ensure value is truly created.
Kick off meeting to discuss the pain-points on site, quantify current performance and operating conditions.
Determine the key success factors in terms of extending service life, process outputs, costs, etc to define "value".
EMS go to work exploring options that leverage our networks and expertise so that together we can assess & co-create solutions.
EMS works with our customers to ensure equipment and financial risk minimisation offering heavily discounted trial pricing.
Ongoing contact and site presence (where possible) to ensure the full potential value is realised and captured.
EMS provides ongoing support, offering long term service agreements to further reduce TCO and will set out to resolve the next pain-point.
